Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk completed!

Well done to all of those that completed the Alzheimer’s Society’ Memory Walk this weekend in Leeds. Team Memoraid were out in-force and we all had a fantastic time, thank you to the Alzheimer’s Society and Temple Newsam House for hosting such a fun and worthwhile event.

It was great to see so many walkers; the river of blue Memory Walk t-shirts was a sight to behold! It really brought home how many people have been/are affected by dementia and how important it is to keep raising awareness.

All of us in Team Memoraid were walking because brain health is our passion and it is our mission to promote it at every opportunity, so we can help work towards a dementia free world.

Here at Memoraid we promote brain health through our product – Memoraid and the healthy lifestyle advice that we share on our website, leaflets and social media streams.

Our website is full of useful tips on how to keep your brain healthy, check out our healthy lifestyle recommendations on our blog page:

and on our thinksmart page:

We are walking again next weekend in Manchester, so come and join us if you are free! Find the details for Saturday 30th September at:

Walking reduces your risk of dementia. It's recommeded that you keep physically active for at least 30 minutes, five days a week, to stay healthy.

So join up to a Memory Walk near you and get one of your days ticked off!
